Rabbit off the bone served with capers, olives, and onions over soft polenta with fried cauliflower

Chucker partridge
Truffle roasted partridge served with a cranberry velouté sauce

Duck casserole
Braised duck with sauteed white beans and garlic

Grilled ostrich
Served with a blueberry demi glaze, goat cheese scalloped potatoes, and roasted brussels sprouts
