- The Macallan 15 paired with Surf and Turf - black Angus prime ribeye with scotch butter and Chilean Sea Bass with a salty caper aioli, scalloped potatoes and grilled mixed vegetables.
- The Macallan 18 paired with triple chocolate mousse.
