Braised Rabbit Espanale stuffed and served with Paccheri Pasta with Espanale Sauce.
Fifth Course
Duck Egg Crostini with smoked Wild Boar Bacon topped with watercress and lemon Foie Gras dressing.
Sixth Course
Elk Osso Buco over Goat Cheese Polenta.
